With over 25 years in the hairdressing industry, Helen brings a wealth of experience and a true passion for her craft to every client she meets. She’s highly skilled in all aspects of hair colouring, cutting, and styling, making her a versatile stylist who can cater to a wide range of needs and styles. From precision cuts to creative colour transformations, Helen’s approach is all about bringing out her clients’ best look while keeping their hair healthy and stylish.

In addition to her salon work, Helen is a qualified hairdressing assessor, dedicated to mentoring the next generation of stylists and sharing her expertise. She also has a love for bonded hair extensions, working with premium products to give her clients beautiful, natural-looking length and volume.

Outside the salon, Helen is an avid reader who loves getting lost in a good book. She’s also a proud mum who is incredibly proud of her boys.

Meet Taylorjayne

Business Owner | Hairstylist

Taylorjayne joined the salon straight out of school, first as an apprentice under the guidance of Iain at Herbert’s. Since then, she’s built her career from the ground up and now has Level 2 and 3 qualifications in Hairdressing and Level 2 in Barbering.

Over the years, Taylorjayne has expanded her skills through specialised courses in everything from hair extensions and colour correction to vivid creative shades, balayage, and bleaching. Known for her creative touch with bold colour transformations, her absoloute favourite is balayage, including multi-tonal balayage styles that bring her clients’ hair to life.

Taylorjayne is passionate about staying at the forefront of new hair techniques and loves training days as much as she loves connecting with clients.

Fun fact: though she’s now always chatting and laughing with her clients, she once used to be the quietest in the room!
